Policy Details

You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.

Items that can’t be returned include: Special Requested Orders/Final sale Items

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item and your packing slip.

Shipping Fees

Al-Azzam Muslimah will always pay for return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees

Al-Azzam Muslimah does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from Al-Azzam Muslimah, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), Al-Azzam Muslimah will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 business days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Al-Azzam Muslimah will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
